Refund and Returns Policy

We are delighted you have chosen to shop online with Murphy’s Pharmacy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however if any issues arise we would hope to deal with them promptly and efficiently.

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from the website, please read all sections of the Returns Policy to ensure your products can be returned and for any specific information pertaining to your purchase.

How to cancel an order

We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided the products are unopened, unused and the packaging is fully intact.

To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please email us at customerservice@mphs.ie quoting your order number.

How to return an order

We must receive your returned order within 14 days of the date of cancellation. Proof of purchase such as the dispatch note or copy of email confirmation must be included to enable us to process a refund or exchange.

Returned goods will be inspected & if deemed to be unused, unopened & in perfect condition a full refund including the original standard delivery charge you paid, if applicable, will be issued. If you are returning part of an order, we will not be able to refund the original standard delivery charge.

Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your goods before opening or using them. Items that are returned in an unsaleable condition e.g. opened, used or damaged packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

Goods for return should be appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Returned items damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging may only receive a part refund at our discretion.

We recommend that you return goods using a tracked service or alternatively by returning the items instore to Murphy’s Pharmacy, Roslevan shopping Centre, Tulla Road, Ennis.

Refunds will only be processed via our secure online payment system to the original debit/credit card. Please allow a few working days for this transaction to reach your account. The cost of returning unwanted goods is at the expense of the customer.

Faulty / Damaged/ Incorrect Goods

Please check your order carefully following delivery.

In the unlikely event that your delivered goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied you must contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Please email us at customerservice@mphs.ie quoting your order number & details of the issue.

You must return the faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products to us as soon as possible either using a tracked service or instore. Proof of purchase such as the dispatch note or copy of email confirmation must be included to enable us to process a refund or exchange.

Refunds will only be processed via our secure online payment system to the credit/debit card used in the original transaction. We will cover standard return delivery costs if applicable.
